FAQ

Questions homeowners ask first.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We inspect the roof, siding and gutters, photograph what we find and tell you straight whether there is storm damage worth claiming. No cost, no obligation, no pressure.

Do I pay anything?

On an approved claim, the replacement is paid by your insurance carrier. Your share is normally your policy deductible — we walk you through the numbers in writing before anything is signed.

How does the claim process work?

We document the damage, help you file (or pick up a claim you already filed), meet your adjuster at the property, and push for a scope that matches the real damage. Once approved, we schedule and complete the full replacement.

How long does it take?

Inspections are usually booked within days. Carrier timelines vary, but once a claim is approved most roof replacements are completed in a single day or two on site.

Will my insurance company work with you?

Yes. We work with homeowners insured by more than 50 carriers. You stay the policyholder and decision-maker — we handle the documentation and the back-and-forth so nothing gets missed.
