Step 1 · Damage signs

What storm damage looks like.

  • 01Dents and dings from hail
  • 02Gutters pulling away from the fascia
  • 03Bent or crushed downspouts
  • 04Overflow and water staining on walls
  • 05Shingle granules piling up

Step 2 · What your policy coversRef. GUTTERS-01

Gutters and downspouts damaged in the same storm are usually part of the same claim. Dents on gutters are also some of the clearest evidence of hail — we use them to support the roof claim too.

Every policy is different. We review yours with you — honestly — before anything is filed.

Step 3 · Our claim process

We work the claim. You get the new gutters.

  1. 01

    Inspect & document

Every elevation photographed and measured, storm damage to the gutters logged the way an adjuster reads it.

  2. 02

    File & advocate

We help you file, then meet your adjuster on site so the scope matches the damage — not a quick look from the driveway.

  3. 03

    Push for approval

Missed items get supplemented with evidence. Partial approvals get challenged, not accepted.

  4. 04

    Replace & walk through

Full replacement on approved scope, site cleared, and a final walkthrough with you.

Step 4 · Full replacement

Built back right.

Damaged gutters and downspouts removed, fascia checked and repaired, then new seamless gutters and downspouts installed, pitched correctly and discharging away from the foundation.

FAQ

Gutters claim questions.

Are gutters covered by insurance?

When they are damaged by a covered storm, they usually are — and they are often included with the roof claim.

Why do gutters matter for my roof claim?

Dents on soft metal gutters and downspouts are visible evidence of hail size and direction. Adjusters look for them.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We inspect the roof, siding and gutters, photograph what we find and tell you straight whether there is storm damage worth claiming. No cost, no obligation, no pressure.

Do I pay anything?

On an approved claim, the replacement is paid by your insurance carrier. Your share is normally your policy deductible — we walk you through the numbers in writing before anything is signed.

How does the claim process work?

We document the damage, help you file (or pick up a claim you already filed), meet your adjuster at the property, and push for a scope that matches the real damage. Once approved, we schedule and complete the full replacement.
